About Payless Foods

Locally owned and operated since 1936!

Payless Foods began on Colby Avenue in Everett, Washington. The business moved from Everett to Oak Harbor and currently operates in Freeland on South Whidbey Island. For more than 70 years Payless Foods has been locally owned and operated.

While there have been several buildings in which Payless has operated in, and many re-models, — the principles and commitments have not changed.
